To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, we present on this page the rules and prevention measures that are currently applied in our hotel.
These indications take into account the recommendations and regulations issued by the competent authorities in force from 1st May 2022. The regulations are constantly evolving and the restrictions may be reduced or changed at the time of your stay.
We therefore recommend that you check this page again as you approach your arrival.

Movements between Italian regions
The movements are allowed without any limitation between Italian regions. For more information contact the reception.

Arrivals from abroad
For entry into Italy from abroad upto the 31st of May, it is mandatory to present the European digital Covid certificate attesting to vaccination (2nd dose for less than 9 months or 3rd dose), immunization (for less than 6 months) or negative swab (molecular swab from carry out in the 72 hours prior to entry into Italy, antigenic swab to be carried out in the 48 hours prior to entry into Italy). Children under six are exempt.
In the event of entry into Italy, without having presented a valid certification, it is mandatory to undergo 5-day fiduciary isolation at the address indicated in the Passenger Locator Form, with the obligation to undergo an additional molecular swab at the end of the 5-day fiduciary isolation. or unsanitary.

Presence of flu symptoms
Guests who have a fever over 37.5 ° C or other flu symptoms on arrival will not be allowed into the hotel. If you have been in contact with people with Covid-19 or have had flu symptoms in the past 14 days please notify us promptly. All guests who, upon arrival or during their stay, present a fever over 37.5 ° C or other flu symptoms are required to report it promptly and stay in their room. Our staff will be happy to assist you in communicating with the health authorities.

To access the hotel, it is not necessary to show the Covid Certificate.
The breakfast will be buffet style and you will be asked to wear a mask and sanitize your hands before serving.

Restaurants and Bars
They are open for table drinks both inside and outside. Consumption at the counter is also allowed respecting the distances.
To access bars and restaurants in internal areas, the Covid Certificate is not required and the use of a mask is not mandatory, although it is recommended. More info on the certificate in the next paragraph.

Covid certificate
From 1 May 2022 to access indoor activities and services (bars, restaurants, swimming pools, spas, gyms, etc.) a COVID-19 certification is no longer required. It remains mandatory only for visits to hospitals.

Use of the mask
The use of a surgical mask is no longer mandatory in closed rooms. Despite this, the use of the mask is strongly recommended in all those environments where you are in contact with other people, especially if there is a lot of crowd.

The use of a mask is mandatory for serving at the breakfast buffet.

The use of a mask remains mandatory to access theaters, cinemas and stadiums until June 15. On public transport, the use of the FFP2 mask is mandatory until June 15.

The hotel provides for a fee to guests who request it, disposable triple-layer and FFP2 surgical masks (€ 5/10 for 10 masks).

Safe distancing
It is recommended, where possible, to keep a distance of at least one meter from people who are not part of your family. If this is not possible, it is recommended to wear a mask. The use of the lift is limited to one family group at a time.

Hand hygiene
It is recommended that you often sanitize your hands by washing them with soap and water or with the gels placed at the disposal of guests at the entrances and inside the structure. It is also possible to purchase hand sanitizing gel dispensers from the handbag at the reception (40ml, € 2.50).

Hotel rooms
All our rooms are aired and sanitized daily with suitable and approved products for Covid prevention. After each check-out, the ventilation process is further intensified and the whole room is sanitized with a hydrogen peroxide nebulizer. All the staff was trained on the methods of limiting the infection and sanitizing. The common areas are also sanitized and aired several times a day.

The bar service will take place normally, respecting the distance between the tables. The hotel bar is open until 11.00 pm. The tables are sanitized between one guest and another.

The outdoor swimming pool will be open in compliance with all sanitary regulations. Before accessing the pool, it is mandatory to take a shower with soap and water using one of the two showers available in the pool area.

To improve the overall experience and avoid waiting at the reception, we invite you to complete the online check-in which will be sent to you by email a couple of days before arrival. It will also be possible to carry out the online self check-out operation. To limit contact between non-cohabiting guests, we have improved our services by giving the possibility to contact the reception and the concierge service without going through the reception using our WhatsApp contact number.

Your health and that of our staff are our priority and therefore we have drawn up a Covid-19 safety plan. Our collaborators have been trained on prevention methods and will be ready to assist you in any eventuality.
