Discovering Soave: An excursion between wine and history
A guided excursion will take you to discover Soave, a mediaeval village nestled in the hills of Verona, famous for its renowned wine and the imposing Scaliger castle. This castle, symbol of the town, rises majestically on the Tenda hill and offers a panoramic view from the village to Lake Garda.
During the walk through the Borgo Antico historic centre, you will have the opportunity to discover the wonders of this unique place and visit the mediaeval castle, which has dominated the plain below for more than eight centuries, bearing witness to the history and beauty of the region (admission fee).
You will also have the opportunity to visit a local wine cellar, where you can discover the secrets of the production of the renowned DOC Soave wines and participate in a tasting that will delight your palate
