Useful information and frequently asked questions

Before booking, it is normal to have some questions or doubts. To make your booking experience easier and smoother, we have collected the most frequently asked questions.


  • Reserving a room

    To book one or more rooms, you can:

    – click the “Book” button at the top, which will take you directly to our booking system;

    – fill in the contact form at the bottom of each page of the website;

    – write an email stating your name, surname, number of guests (including children), date of stay and any further request;

    call us or send us a WhatsApp message at +39 045 7256105.

  • Change or delete booking

    It is possible to change or cancel your booking according to the cancellation terms stated in the booking confirmation email.

  • Booking confirmation

    Your booking is confirmed by providing your credit card details as a guarantee. Alternatively, you can also confirm your booking by paying a deposit of 35% of the total price of your stay.
    The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, credit/debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

    Payment by bank transfer must be made within 3 days after booking and no later than 7 days before check-in.

  • Pre-authorization and payment

    Pre-authorization is a guarantee tool that the hotel uses to verify the credit/debit card provided upon booking.

    7 days before check-in we make a pre-authorization on the given card indicated, freezing the amount of the entire stay. If you wish to pay your stay with another card or in cash, please inform the reception at check-in, otherwise the pre-authorization will be charged.

    Any extras and the city tax will not be charged and will be paid directly at reception during the stay.

    If you have chosen a deposit by bank transfer as confirmation of the booking, the balance will be requested at check-in.

  • City tax

    City tax is a municipal fee payable at the hotel. The amount is € 2.00 per night per person for adults, while children under the age of 14 are exempt.


  • Check-in and Check-out

    Check-in is from 3 pm to 10 pm, while for check-out you must leave your room by 11 am.

    If you arrive before 3 pm and your room is not yet ready, you can leave your luggage at reception and use the pool to relax and wait for your room to be prepared.

    To make both check-in and check-out quicker and easier, you can do them online, saving time and enjoying every minute of your holiday.

  • Parking

    We have 3 types of parking:

    • Parking at 650 meters from the property, free of charge
    • Underground garage at 650 meters from the hotel, €8.00 per night
    • Parking at the hotel, €15.00 per night (not suitable for large cars and minivans)


    To authorize access to the reserved parking, we require your car’s license platenumber and the country that issued the plate. Kindly provide this information before arriving at the parking facility. Upon arrival stop at the hotel first to check-in and unload your luggage. After check-in you can proceed to the parking lot.

  • Pets

    We are a pet-friendly hotel and your four-legged friends are welcome.

    Their presence must be notified at the time of booking and a surcharge of € 10 per night will be applied.

    You will find all the essentials for your companion in your room: 2 bowls, 1 pillow and a waterproof bedspread.

  • Swimming pool

    We have a small outdoor pool, approximately 26 m², with a whirlpool and counter-current swimming.

    The pool is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm.

  • Breakfast

    Breakfast is included in the price of your booking and is served from 8 am to 10 am. If necessary, you can request early or take-away breakfast. Breakfast is served buffet style, with a wide choice of sweet and savoury products to suit all tastes.

    On request we can provide specific products for guests with allergies/intolerances or who adopt a vegetarian and vegan diet.

  • Transfer and Taxi

    We organise transfers to and from the airports of Verona and Bergamo and the train stations of Verona and Peschiera del Garda. For information and bookings please contact us by email at at least one week before arrival.

    In addition to transfer services we can also arrange taxi rides to and from the opera in Verona, Bardolino, Lazise, Malcesine, Gardaland and other locations.

  • Bikes and E-bike

    Guests travelling with their own bicycle or e-bike can park it free of charge in our garage (subject to availability).

    We have 4 e-bikes available for hire at a cost of € 30 for 1 day, for 5 hours at € 20 and for 3 hours at € 15 (service subject to availability).

  • Wifi

    Wifi is free and available in the common areas and inside the rooms.


  • Children, baby cots and extra beds

    Children from 0 to 5 years old can stay for free if they sleep in their parents’ bed.

    On request we can prepare a cot for € 10 per night (0-2 years) or extra beds (only for children up to 6 years) in the Deluxe, Large with balcony, Comfort family and Superior rooms for € 15 per night.

  • Tea and coffee

    A kettle for tea and coffee is available in all rooms free of charge.

    On request we can provide a Nespresso coffee machine for €10 per night including up to 8 capsules per day.

  • Parquet and carpet

    There is carpeting in the corridors and inside most rooms.

    Rooms with parquet flooring are the Superior, Comfort,  Large rooms with balcony and some Classic rooms with balcony.

  • Wardrobe and furniture

    Most rooms have open wardrobes without doors.
    If you prefer to have a wardrobe with doors, we recommend the Classic Single, Large with balcony, Comfort Family and Superior rooms.

  • Smart tv and streaming

    In all rooms there is a Smart TV with chromecast, so you can share the screen of your mobile phone, tablet and PC to stream TV series and films.


  • How to reach us

    It is possible to reach the hotel by car or by public transport. The bus stop in Garda is less than a 5-minute walk away (300 m).

    For those arriving by plane in Verona or at the stations of Peschiera and Verona we organise a transfer on request.

    If you land at Bergamo or Milan airport you can reach the hotel by train/bus to Peschiera del Garda and then continue on another bus to Garda. Alternatively we organise a private transfer directly to the hotel.

  • How to move around

    We are very close to the city centre of Garda (50 m) and the lakeside promenade (100 m).

    The surrounding towns can be reached on foot and by bike by following the scenic route along the lakefront or by using public transport such as buses and ferries.

  • Beaches

    There are 3 beaches in Garda:

    – Baia delle Sirene, a pebble beach inside a private park where you can rent sunbeds and buy food and drinks. There is an entrance fee. It can be reached by car (5 minutes) or by bus (about 12 minutes);

    – Al Corno, a public beach that can be reached on foot (about 10 minutes) going towards Punta San Vigilio;

    – La Cavalla, a public beach with bar and music about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, going towards Bardolino.
