Before booking, it is normal to have a some questions or doubts in mind. To make your booking experience easier and smoother, we have collected the most frequently asked questions.
Differences between rooms
The rooms differ from each other in terms of size, floor types (parquet in all Large and some Classic rooms, carpeted in the others), the presence of a little balcony (only in the Classic and Large rooms), a whirlpool tub (only in the Superior room) and connecting rooms (only in the Comfort family room).
Little balcony
The little balcony (approx. 1 m²) is only present in the Classic and Large rooms.
Baby cot and extra beds
Children between 0 and 5 years old can stay for free if they sleep in their parents’ bed. On request, we prepare a baby cot for € 10 per night (0-2 years) or an extra bed (only for children up to 6 years) in the Deluxe, Large, Comfort family and Superior rooms for € 15 per night.
Parking
We have 3 types of parking:
Parking at 650 meters from the property, free of charge
Underground garage at 650 meters from the hotel, €8.00 per night
Parking at the hotel, €15.00 per night (not suitable for large cars and minivans)
FOR PARKING AND GARAGE AT 650 METERS
To authorize access to the reserved parking, we require your car's license platenumber and the country that issued the plate. Kindly provide this information before arriving at the parking facility. Upon arrival stop at the hotel first to check-in and unload your luggage. After check-in you can proceed to the parking lot.

Pets
We are a pet-friendly hotel and your pets are welcome. We charge a fee of € 10 per night for extra cleaning. To make your four-legged friend’s stay even more comfortable, we provide a small set including a pillow and bowls.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served buffet style between 8 am and 10 am. On request, we prepare a take-away box at a cost of € 10. In addition to the typical buffet breakfast, we can also provide food for our celiac or vegan guests, offering specific products adapted to their dietary needs.
