Questions about the hotel

  • What are the check‑in and check‑out times?

    Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00
    Check-out: by 11:00

    Early arrival?
    If you arrive before 15:00 and your room isn’t ready, you can leave your luggage at reception and enjoy the lake.

    Save time:
    Complete online check-in and check-out to spend more time on vacation!

  • Where can I park and how much does it cost?

    We have 3 parking options:

    • Free parking – 650m from hotel 
    • Underground garage – 650m from hotel – €10/night
    • Hotel parking – on-site – €15/night (not suitable for large cars or minivans)

    For parking/garage 650 meters away:

    Before arrival:
    Provide us with your license plate number and registration country for access to the reserved area.

    Upon arrival in Garda:

    1. Come to the hotel first for check-in
    2. Unload your luggage
    3. Then go park in one of two areas:
  • Can I bring my dog or cat?

    We are pet-friendly and your furry friends are welcome! 🐾

  • Can I store my bike? How much to rent an e-bike?

    Bike storage: Free in our indoor garage (for guests with own bikes)

    E-bike rental:

    • Full day: €30
    • 4 hours: €20
    • 2 hours: €15

    Availability: 4 e-bikes (subject to availability)

  • Is Wi-Fi free?

    Yes, Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel:

    • All rooms
    • Common areas
    • Pool area

  • Do children pay?

    Children 0-5 years: Free if sleeping in parents’ bed

    Crib (0-2 years): €10 per night
    Extra bed (child): €15 per night

    Important: Request crib or extra bed when booking

  • Is there a kettle or coffee machine in the room?

    Kettle: Free in all rooms (with tea and coffee)

    Coffee machine: Available upon request – €10 per night

  • Which rooms have parquet flooring instead of carpet?

    Rooms with parquet:

    Note: Hallways have carpet, as do some Deluxe rooms

  • Which rooms have a closed wardrobe with doors?

    Most rooms have open wardrobes without doors.

    Yes! All rooms have Smart TVs with integrated Chromecast.

  • How do I reach the hotel?

    By car:
    Follow signs to Garda – the hotel is easily accessible from major highways.

    Public transport:
    The bus stop is less than 100 meters from the hotel.

    From airport/station:

    • Verona Airport/Verona Station/Peschiera: We can arrange a transfer
    • Bergamo/Milan Airport: Train or bus to Peschiera, then local bus or transfer

  • How can I get around Lake Garda without a car?

    On foot:

    • Garda historic center: 50 meters
    • Lakefront promenade: 100 meters
    • Nearby towns: Pedestrian paths along the lake

    By bicycle:
    Scenic bike paths connect lake towns

    Public transport:
    Local buses connect all main Lake Garda locations

  • What beaches are there in Garda?

    Garda has 3 main beaches:

    1. Baia delle Sirene

    • Type: Pebble beach, private park
    • Services: Sunbed rental, park access
    • Cost: Entry ticket required

    2. Spiaggia Al Corno

    • Type: Public
    • Distance: 10 minutes walk (towards Punta San Vigilio)
    • Cost: Free

    3. La Cavalla

    • Type: Public with bar
    • Distance: 10 minutes walk (towards Bardolino)
    • Services: Bar and music
    • Cost: Free

  • How can I modify or cancel a booking?

    You can modify or cancel your reservation according to the cancellation terms in your confirmation.

  • How is my reservation confirmed?

    Your reservation is confirmed in two ways:

    Option 1 – Credit card guarantee
    Provide card details as guarantee with no immediate charge.

    Option 2 – Deposit
    Pay a deposit via:

    • Bank transfer
    • Credit/debit card
    • Apple Pay or Google Pay

  • What is pre-authorization?

    Pre-authorization is a verification of your credit/debit card that ensures funds are available.

    How it works:

    • 7 days before check-in, we temporarily hold the total stay amount
    • Funds are held but not charged
    • The hold is automatically released after a few days

    Want to pay differently?
    Inform reception at check-in if you prefer another card or cash payment.

    Please note:

    • Extras and tourist tax are paid separately at reception
    • If you paid by bank transfer, the balance will be requested at check-in
  • What is the tourist tax?

    The tourist tax is a municipal tax paid directly at the hotel.

    Amount: €2.00 per night per person
    Duration: Maximum 5 consecutive nights
    Exemptions: Children under 14 years old are exempt

    Payment is made at reception during your stay.
